Grisham asks for new trial

Blue Rannefeld, the attorney for U.S. Army Sgt. Christopher Grisham, filed a motion with the Bell County Attorney’s office on Wednesday asking for a new trial.

Grisham was found guilty of interference with the duties of a public servant, a Class B misdemeanor, in a trial that ended Nov. 2. His case gained national attention among gun rights advocates.
