BELTON — Services for Darwin Ray Wooley Sr., 81, of Bartlett will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Val Verde Cemetery near Holland with Frank Wooley and Tony Rodriguez officiating.
Mr. Wooley died Sunday, May 5, at a Temple hospital.
He was born Oct. 7, 1937, in Texas City to Raymond and Ophelia Brock Wooley. He attended Holland schools and vocational schools for diesel mechanics. He married Nancy Minzenmayer on March 9, 1959, in Belton. He was a crane operator for several local companies and worked for Cloud Construction Co. in Temple. He was a Christian.
Survivors include his wife of Bartlett; three sons, Darwin Ray Wooley Jr., Frankie Lee Wooley and Buck Wade Wooley, all of Holland; three daughters, Sheihla Camden of Davilla, Marquita Hopson of Rockdale and Diane Rodriguez of Temple; a sister, Nelda Bankston of Georgetown; 22 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:30-7:30 p.m. today at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
