Community members packed the cafeteria at Raye-Allen Elementary School Thursday to hear the district's plans for elementary restructuring and to voice their concerns.Parents offered input on a wide variety of topics at the last of three community forums including concerns over relocating students to different schools and on what type of magnet/academy program the district should provide."We moved from out of state and when we moved we looked at all of the different areas that the surrounding (school) environments provided within Belton, within Temple and within Waco," said Bettina Johnson. by Eric Guel
