The Temple baseball team finally got to play a couple of games at the Wildcat Classic on Friday. Unfortunately for the Wildcats, their bats were as cold as the weather and they were limited to a split of two games at Hallford Field. After rain and hail chased the Wildcats and Austin Anderson off the field on Thursday night, the Trojans returned on Friday and limited Temple to just two hits in a 6-2 victory in the makeup contest. The Wildcats did take advantage of a few breaks against Cedar Park earlier on Friday, scraping out a 3-0 win over the Timberwolves despite collecting just three hits in that contest.
