The Temple City Council will consider an extension in the time period given to Westward Ltd. Cinemark of Utah to build a theater that is part of a tax abatement granted to the company by the council in 1999 at a 5 p.m. meeting today in the municipal building.The increase is requested by the Temple Economic Development Corporation
