Water rationing put off

Temple's Saturday rainfall helped the city postpone the possibility of mandatory water rationing until next week.While Saturday's peak usage was 26.8 million gallons per day and the average 20.3 gallons, the city managed to record a low 15 million gallons during the day, said Temple Utilities Superintendent Jerry Kean.Usage figures
