The Temple City Council was briefed Wednesday about a possible Texas toll road to run parallel to and east of Interstate 35.Ross Malloy, president of the Austin-San Antonio Corridor Council, told the Temple officials about State Highway 130 that his group has proposed to the Texas Department of Transportation.The road would extend from the San Antonio area to Georgetown, he said.
