WASHINGTON (AP) Teen-agers are continuing to shun illegal drugs, with reported use falling for a second year in a row, the government said Thursday. Though more young adults are reporting drug use, federal health officials and interest groups said the a survey shows that anti-drug messages are nipping lifelong abuse in the bud.
