Elementary students challenged to improve world
What does kindness look like? What is nonviolence? Why is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. so important to our society? Students at Scott Elementary are pondering, discussing and acting upon these question as the result of a national organization to network young people into sharing proactive action in the communities, schools and homes. In commemoration of the slain civil rights leader, students are taking part in the "Do Something" Kindness and Justice Challenge.
