Pactiv Corporation announced an agreement to sell its packaging polyethylene business to a subsidiary of Tyco International, Ltd.Lisa Foss, spokeswoman for Pactiv in Lake Forest, Ill., said Wednesday, the agreement will not affect employment or the name of the plant in the Temple Industrial Park.
