City water problems persist; end in sight; leak delays opening main line until Sunday
Published: January 7, 2001

Listi is optimistic about there being an end, and city crews can see it coming, but it's still uncertain as to when. Crews had repaired the line and expected it to be functional by midnight Saturday. That was not realized when a leak was discovered Saturday afternoon. by Carolan Wishall
