Officials at the Olin E. Teague Veterans' Center announced Thursday the use of computer technology to digitally record images for X-rays, MRIs and CAT scans making the use of film for imaging a thing of the past.Officials said the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System is the first hospital in Central Texas to totally implement filmless, digital imaging.The system allows multiple providers in different locations to look at the same image at the same time and consult with one another, said Dr. Rahul Gupta, staff radiologist at the hospital.Gupta said that in using film:
