Temple swimmers shoot for state

One-third of a second.That's what separated Temple's Traci Westphal from a berth at last year's state swim meet. Remembering that is more than enough as she begins her final regional competition today."When you first get to region, it's such a high level of competition that the pressure swimmers will rise up and do the best," she said. "Last year was a huge meet for me.
