Time flew at the Texas Bird Breeders Annual Bird Fair at the Frank W. Mayborn Civic and Convention Center Saturday, as about 700 people talked about, looked at and bought birds. The auditorium was filled with rows of tables set up to display exotic birds, feed, supplies, toys and cages.
