The Association for a Pet Adoption Center (APAC) held its first "Dog Days of Summer" dog demonstration Saturday at the Frank W. Mayborn Civic and Convention Center. Whether large dog or small dog, it was responsible pet ownership that was the main theme of the event organized by Jeran Staudt. "We have fund-raisers for APAC, but this is the first thing we've had like this," she said.
