PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Temple Building and Standards Commission will meet Monday,December 1, 2008 in the Council Chambers located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2 North Main Street, Temple, Texas at 2:00 p.m. to hear complaints against the following respondents and properties located in Temple, Texas: a) COMPLAINT 882. A condemned structure located at 1809 W Ave M. The owner on the tax roll is Jerry W Ingram. b) COMPLAINT 883. A condemned structure located at 8721 Sage Meadow. The owner on the tax roll is Starla L. Fayson. c) COMPLAINT 884. Condemned structure(s) located at 1102 W Ave. G (Woods Mobile Home Park). The owner on the tax roll is Reynaldo Castillo. All complaints are being brought before the Building and Standards Commission due to violations of the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Temple.
