The Temple City Council on Thursday voted, 5-0, to call an election for Sept. 14 to consider three bond proposals totaling $19.8 million for police, fire and park projects.The proposals would spend $3.525 million on fire stations and equipment, $12.685 million on a new police station and renovating the old station into the municipal court building and $3.620 million on park improvements.by Anna Foster
