CORPUS CHRISTI (AP) Tanks squat bumper to bumper aboard flatbed train cars. A parking lot bristles with Black Hawk helicopters. Another lot is crowded with Humvees, tractors, and meal trucks. All of it is ready to be driven into the belly of a cargo ship that will steam toward southwest Asia as part of the military buildup to a possible war in the Middle East.
