Temple overcame a mid-match slump and outlasted Copperas Cove 25-18, 18-25, 21-25, 25-10, 15-5 for a District 13-5A volleyball victory at Wildcat Gym.
By fighting off the feisty Lady Bulldawgs (6-13 overall, 0-2 in district), the Tem-Cats improved to 8-12 on the season and, more important, leveled their league mark at 1-1.
