The Temple girls soccer team achieved mixed results as it kicked off the Tem-Cat Invitational on Friday.

The Tem-Cats lost their morning matchup with the Cedar Park Lady Timberwolves 4-1 at Woodson Field but bounced back to hand the Fort Bend Kempner Lady Cougars a 6-2 defeat in the afternoon at Korompai Soccer Complex.
