CDC official visits S&W: Various health care issues discussed at lecture

Situations involving anthrax, West Nile virus, SARS, Monkeypox, influenza and mad cow disease since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks have resulted in a time for incredible challenges for health as well as health care delivery and public health in the nation, along with around the world, an official with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday in Temple.
