State Rep. Dianne White Delisi, R-Temple, visited with area leaders in the community Friday, hoping to get a sense of a unified message to bring to the 79th Legislature.

Members from the Temple Economic Development Corporation and the Temple City Council agreed that education and transportation would be the top two issues for the next legislative session, but Rep. Delisi said in a later interview that she heard varying opinions within those topics.
