Jean Wilson, 78, who with her husband, Dr. Ralph Wilson Jr., had been a longtime Temple humanitarian, died Thursday at her home.

The Wilsons were honored in September with the dedication of the Jean and Ralph Wilson Dental Hygiene Clinic at Temple College, for grants made toward the clinic.

In 1997, they jointly received the Frank W. Mayborn Humanitarian Award for their involvement with the opening of the Saulsbury Day Care Center
