Police arrested Chad Phillip Blevins, 17, of Temple Monday morning in connection with the death of Amanda Cleveland, 14, a Lamar Middle School student whose body was found in a burning trash dumpster early Sunday. Blevins was arrested after being interviewed by detectives, according to Lt. Richard Ashe, Temple Police Department spokesman.
