The number of large building permits issued for the area is a good indicator that it must be spring. Harker Heights, Belton and Nolanville issued a total of four permits totaling $12,492,700. The largest permit issued last week was in Belton for construction of an additional apartment complex for Turtle Creek Apartments, 210 Industrial Park Road.
