Finalizing a process that began in February with a budget retreat, the Temple City Council adopted its budget, tax rate and tax roll on Thursday at its regular meeting.

The 2005-06 operating budget shows total expenditures at $80.2 million, which includes $1,123,490 worth of proposed capital to be funded with the undesignated fund balance
