Bo Koch of Willis tends to move either really fast, or really slow.
In his day job, he is a pilot for Southwest Airlines. This weekend though, he was piloting a much slower vehicle, driving around at a walking pace in his 1916 Rumely Model F tractor while at the Early Day Tractor and Engine Show in Temple.
Four Temple High School students were selected as National Merit Scholarship Semi-Finalists this year.
Christopher Benedik, Sara Foster, Jennifer Graham, and Keith Wilkinson have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 8,200 Merit Scholarship awards worth $33 million that will be offered next Spring. To be considered for a Merit Scholarship award, semi-finalists must fulfill several requirements and advance to the finalist level of the competition.
