Two toddlers were missing late Saturday, with authorities and volunteers searching the neighborhood for any sign of the children.

Temple police officers and fire fighters responded to a missing children report Saturday evening at Bluebonnet Estates in northwest Temple, officials said.

The missing children, 3-year old Dezmond Taplin and 2-year-old Haleigh Nykole Johnson, were reported missing at about 6:30 p.m., Lt. Rick Ashe of the Temple Police Department said.
