The South Loop 363 service road between Scott and White Boulevard and Fryers Creek Lane will become a permanent one-way road beginning Tuesday, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

The road will serve only westbound traffic, leaving some residents and business owners in the area unhappy about the change.

Brad Bush, service manager of Cactus Jacks, said the one-way road will make it harder for some customers to get to the restaurant.
