The Temple Planning and Zoning Commission discussed a proposed Interstate 35 overlay district Monday that aims to improve the appearance of the interstate corridor.
The proposed district boundaries would be 500 feet on either side of the Interstate and would restrict land uses, lot sizes and building exteriors of businesses.
