After nearly an hour of slam dunking fajitas and playing ineffectual defense against calories and cholesterol, District 13-5A and 16-4A basketball coaches belched up snippets of information about their teams Wednesday.

The monologues, which ranged from hilarious to serious, came at an annual media day choreographed by Temple boys coach Bruce Etheridge and held at Las Casas.
