Regular gasoline dropped 4 cents from last week in the state and nation, the American Automobile Association reported. The Texas average price of regular Wednesday was $2.06, compared to $2.10 last week. The national average price of regular was $2.14 per gallon, compared to $2.18 last week.
On Wednesday, diesel dropped 5 cents in both the state and nation. Diesel cost an average of $2.51 per gallon in Texas and $2.60 in the nation.
