Mrs. Picaso died Monday, Jan. 8, in a Temple hospital.
The body was cremated.
She was born in Kansas City, Mo., to Clemens Eugene Recker Sr. and Etta Merlyle (McBee) Recker. She attended elementary through high school at Lee Summit, Mo. She lived in Germany, then Killeen from 1983 to 1993 where she was employed at 7-Eleven, Texaco and as a bus driver for the Killeen public schools. She married William
