Services for Louise L. Cox., 66, of Temple will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with the Rev. Hubert Austin officiating.

Burial will be in Bellwood Memorial Park.

Mrs. Cox died Monday, Jan. 15, at her residence.

She was born in Coleman to Odean H. Lancaster and Anne B. Smith Lancaster. She moved to Temple 48 years ago. She married John Allen Cox on April 13, 1963. He preceded her in death on April 24, 2001. She was a secretary and administrative assistant to the president of Temple College and secretary to the Temple College board of trustees. She retired from Temple College after 41 years of service. She was a member of Professional Secretary
