Harold Guy Fifield, 89, of Temple, died Saturday, Jan. 20, in a Temple nursing facility.

The family will hold a memorial service upon burial in St. Louis, Mo.

Mr. Fifield was born in St. Louis to Gertrude and George Edgar Fifield. He attended Westminster College in Fulton, Mo., where he met Marilyn Edwards. The couple married Feb. 3, 1940. Before serving as a Navy pharmacist
