The Warfields and other residents of Forest Oaks Apartments, 400 Fryers Creek Road, tell mostly the same story - about two weeks ago management officials locked the office doors and have not been seen since, leaving residents not knowing if their water and electricity will be shut off or if they will eventually be evicted.
The need to repair aging infrastructure and increase storage space were common themes at a Temple school district staff meeting on Thursday.
