Few comment during hearings on new attendance boundaries

BELTON - More than 50 parents Monday attended public hearings on future attendance boundaries to be implemented when a new elementary school in West Temple opens its doors next fall.

The hearings, held at Pirtle and Lakewood Elementary, featured very little public comment. Most people listened to a district presentation on four possible ways to realign the boundaries and submitted written comments - some asked a few questions.
