Belton girls fall behind, never catch up in 4-0 loss to quicker, motivated McNeil

GEORGETOWN - Belton was sluggish at the start. Round Rock McNeil was highly motivated. And the result was a tilted field that had the Lady Tigers running uphill all night long.

Only two days after a physical overtime battle, Belton was a step slow early as McNeil built a 3-0 halftime lead and cruised to a 4-0 victory in a Class 5A Region II quarterfinal girls soccer match Tuesday night at Eagle Field.
