CAMERON — Services for Alden D. Wood, 81, of Canby, Ore., will be at 1 p.m. today in Burlington Cemetery in Burlington.

He died Tuesday, May 8, at an Oregon City, Ore., hospital.

Mr. Wood was born in Wichita Falls to Willie and Beulah Perkins Wood and he was an electronics aviation inspector for the U.S. government.

He was married to Hattie Mae Braden of Cameron and she preceded him in death in 1997.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Alden Wood and Brian D. Wood, both of Dallas; and one daughter, Pamela Rae Wood of Canby, Ore.

Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
