ROCKDALE — Services for Charles Allen “Pete” Lehman, 74, of Houston will be 11 a.m. Friday at Elks Lodge No. 151 in Stafford.

Burial will be 4:30 p.m. at Salty Cemetery near Thorndale.

Mr. Lehman died Tuesday, June 5, at a Houston hospital.

He was born in Thorndale. He was a retired self-employed remodeling contractor in and around the Houston area for 45 years. He was a lifetime member of BPOE Elks Lodge No. 151 since 1976, holding the title of Past Exalted Ruler. He was a Past Elks Chairman of the VA and volunteered services to the Veterans Hospital for 30 years.

Survivors are his wife, Martha Lehman of Houston; three sons, Steve Lehman of Thorndale, Jack “John” Lehman of Houston and Joel Lehman of Nashville, Tenn.; one daughter, Sue Lyle of Houston; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
