LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Temple Bugs, a 3-on-3 senior men’s basketball team, is one of eight teams remaining in contention at the 2007 Senior Games.

The Bugs got off to a rough start on Saturday, losing to teams from New York and Ohio and then losing to a team from Tennessee in the first game Sunday. But the Bugs edged a team from Arizona 92-90 in the final game of pool play competition to take one win into the elimination round. There they defeated a team from California and one from Oklahoma to survive to today’s quarterfinals.
