One arrest made in Moody ag shop break-in

An official with the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office said one of two male suspects who broke into the Moody High School ag shop over the weekend was arrested in Belton on Monday.

The sheriff’s office said they are in the process of recovering equipment, which includes welders, grinders and sanders among other shop tools. The male suspect had some of the stolen items in his possession at the time of the arrest.

The investigation continues in both Bell and McLennan counties.
