ROCKDALE — Services for Tonie Gary, 91, of Forest Grove will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Forest Grove Christian Church near Rockdale with the Rev. Chuck Salmon officiating.

Burial will be in Forest Grove Cemetery near Rockdale.

Mrs. Gary died Tuesday, June 26, at her home.

She was born in Yoakum to Joe and Ella Mosemeyer Marek.

She was a homemaker and former co-owner of Stella and Tonie’s Café in Yorktown. She married Art Gary on July 5, 1943, in Poth.

He preceded her in death on July 18, 2001. She was a member of Forest Grove Christian Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Gail Cork of Forest Grove and Brenda Lane of Yorktown; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Forest Grove Christian Church Cemetery Fund, 8902 S. Hwy. 77, Rockdale 76567.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.
