MOODY — Services for Raymond Hargrove, 69, of Eddy, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Butch Hargrove officiating.

Burial will be in Eddy Cemetery.

Mr. Hargrove died Wednesday, June 27.

He was born in Eddy to Guy Truman and Inez Gertie Wilcox Hargrove. He worked 50 years as a diesel mechanic in the truck repair business, retiring in 2006.

He worked for Thigpin Trucking in Chilton the last 20 years before his retirement and had also worked for Sedco Oil Company.

He was a lifelong resident of Eddy.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Krumnow of Eddy; five sons, Raymond Hargrove Jr., Richard Hopper and Ricky Nonamaker, all of Eddy, Lloyd Hargrove of Austin and Tim Hopper of Mineral Wells; six daughters, Kimberly Hargrove of Big Spring, Joanna Stephens of Troy, Deanna Hargrove, Kathy Owens, Leann Krumnow and Tina Krumnow, all of Eddy; one brother, T.R. Hargrove of Eddy; three sisters, Dean Carlisle and Marsha Lazano, both of Eddy and Mary Bohon of Waco, 18 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Raymond Hargrove Memorial Fund at Extraco Bank in Troy.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Cole Chapel in Moody.
