KINGSLAND — Services for Jerry Don Ivey, Sr., 57, of Kingsland will be at 5 p.m. today in Lakeland Hills Memorial Park in Burnet County with the Rev. Doug Lindley officiating.

Mr. Ivey died Friday, Aug. 31, in Austin.

He was born in Waxahachie to Denver Ivey and Rosie Hanzel Ivey.

He owned and operated All-Tex Septic Service in Kingsland.

He married Goldie Ward on Oct. 18, 1966, in Belton.

He had lived in Kingsland since 1968, moving from Dublin.

He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Willard.

Survivors include his wife, of Kingsland; two sons, Jerry Don Ivey Jr. and Jimmy Robert Ivey, both of Kingsland; one daughter, Pennie Tamme of Kingsland his mother of Temple; three brothers, Wayne Ivey, Bobby Ivey and Tommy Ivey, all of Temple; one sister, Mary Ann Rogers of Moffat; and 11 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.

Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home in Kingsland is in charge of arrangements.
