Services for Jessie L. “Pumpkin” Cobb-Webb, 58, of Fort Worth will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Carver Park Baptist Church in Waco with the Rev. Gaylon Foreman officiating.
Burial will be in Doris Miller Memorial Park in Waco.
Mrs. Cobb-Webb died Saturday, Sept. 1, at her home.
She was born in Waco to Jessie Cobb, Jr. and Hazel M. Cobb. She worked for Tandy Leather and Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. She was married to Ronnie Outland and later married Monroe Webb. She was a former member of Nazarene Baptist Church and Mount Tabor Baptist Church. She was a member of Mount Moriah Baptist Church at the time of her death, where she served on the Usher Board. She was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Survivors include two sons, Timothy Webb and Waylon Cobb, both of Fort Worth; one daughter, Marena Outland-Choice of Fort Worth; her mother, of Waco; three brothers, Alvin Cobb of Belton, Willie Cobb of Dallas and the Rev. Noah Cobb of Temple; one sister, Shirley Thompson of Dallas; several grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Public viewing will be noon-8 p.m. today at Dorsey-Keats Funeral Home in Waco.
The body will be at the church two hours prior to the service on Saturday.
Hornsby-Murcherson Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
