Services for Lucille Massingill, 86, of Temple will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple with Dan Hartmann officiating.

She died Friday, Dec. 29, at her home.

Mrs. Massingill was born in Palo Pinto County to James Monroe and Ada Bell Nicks and she married Lee Roy Massingill on Dec. 10, 1942, She was a clothes maker and designer and she had lived in Snyder 28 years before moving to Temple three years ago. She had been a member of the 37th Street Church of Christ in Snyder.

Survivors are her husband of Temple, two daughters, Joy Stack of Fredericksburg and Kay Epperson of Temple; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
