ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids addressed to the Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Temple, Texas, will be received at the Purchasing Department, 3210 E. Avenue H, Building C, Texas, 76501, until 2:00 p.m. on July 21, 2009, to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the construction of the following described project: Municipal Building Remedial Waterproofing Project A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 15, 2009, in the First Floor Conference Room at the Municipal Building located at 2 North Main Street.
