BELTON - The rain stopped long enough Friday afternoon for more than 200 people to gather in a courtyard and celebrate the new addition to the Sanderford Administrative Complex.

The two-story, 16,500-square-foot addition houses the central administration of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
