Craig Walker, Randy Dale, Elena Abercrombie, Kristy Allenson and Pam Digman met their personal trainers, Terrance Williams and Melanie Taylor, and were briefed on the program. The five contestants were chosen out of 96 applicants for the 12-week fitness and weight loss challenge.
They will receive two free personal training sessions per week, and be given assignments for additional workouts. The one who loses the largest percentage of body weight by April 11 will win a $500 shopping spree at Dillard
